Following Gabrielle Roth’s elegant 5 Rhythms maps, we will inhabit the moment, reclaim lost energy from the past and call back our attention that drifts into the future. When we use imagination and creativity in our movement practice, we keep things true, alive, ever-changing and heart connected.  Calling up inspiration from our own lives and our ancient ancestors, we will explore our shared humanity and open up to new possibilities through movement.
