Many moments we go through life sort of numb. We use our automatic pilot to guide us through our repetitive movements in our daily life. It’s a smart way to survive and to be less conscious of the dull moments of our lives. We are absent and fantasize another life in our minds. The moments we are fully present, fully alive are becoming very infrequent. By numbing ourselves with food, television, alcohol, internet, work or any other addiction we slowly forget what it actually means to be alive.

In this workshop we will find different ways to wake up, with our feet on the ground, our awareness in the here and now, present to what it is happening within and without. How can we flip the switch from numb to alive? How can we wake ourselves up to the immense beauty that we call life? You only live once.. so let’s dance and make it count!
